The Procurement Department is responsible for acquiring goods and services to meet the needs of PBCHA. 

PBCHA is mandated by Federal, State and Local governmental laws, and PBCHA’s Procurement Policy that dictate the agency’s purchasing process. As such, PBCHA procures a wide variety of goods and services through fair and open competition. 

Vendors interested in doing business with PBCHA must provide the following:

  • Completed New Vendor Registration Form
  • Applicable Licenses & Certificates
  • Certificate of Liability - General Liability coverage of 1 Million and Property Coverage (Listing Palm Beach County Housing Authority as Insurance Certificate Holder)
  • Business License (Palm Beach County)
  • Workers Compensation (If your business is Workers Comp Exempt, please provide copy of Certificate of Election to be Exempt)
  • Signed copy of W-9
  • Minority Business Enterprise/Women's Business Enterprise (MBEs/WBEs) - Certification (If applicable)
  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) - Certification (If applicable)
  • ACH Authorization Form (Optional)
