The Capital Projects department makes capital improvements to PBCHA properties on an on-going basis. Capital improvements are made possible by grants received from Palm Beach County(Department of Economic Sustainability), the State of Florida and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Grant funds are used for development, financing, modernization, and management improvements.
