The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) is pleased to announce the recent appointment of a new member to the Board of Commissioners, Phyllis Choy. Ms. Choy was appointed to the PBCHA Board by the Governor of the State of Florida, Rick Scott, on December 1, 2017.Ms. Choy has been a Realtor in Florida since 1997; previously licensed in California.  She holds the prestigious designations of CIPS, CRS, ABR, e-Pro and is a Certified Code of Ethics Instructor with the Florida Realtors. A native New Englander, Ms. Choy brings her education and human resources background to the real estate profession, and has been actively involved with private property rights, affordable housing and legislative issues.  She is a major donor...
