The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) is pleased to announce the Groundbreaking for New South Bay Villas, consisting of 131units of safe and affordable housing in South Bay, Florida. On September 24, 2014, PBCHA and Palm Beach County will commemorate the start of Phase 1 (16 units) of the overall development.The New South Bay Villas will combine two PBCHA-owned properties into “one” newly renovated community (South Bay Villas and Marshall Heights). South Bay Villas was built in1987 and is comprised of 65 apartments. Marshall Heights Apartments was built in 1975 and is a townhome style community offering 66 family units.
