The Palm Beach County Housing Authority will be opening the following waiting lists July 24, 2025.  They will remain open indefinitely.
New South Bay Villas, South Bay, FL
Covenant Villas, Belle Glade, FL
Quiet Waters, Belle Glade, FL (Elderly)
Lake Worth Towers, Lake Worth Beach, FL (Elderly)
Drexel Apartments, West Palm Beach, FL (Elderly)
Capital Improvement Five Year Action Plan – Review and Comment Period
The Palm Beach County Housing Authority has completed a draft of the five-year capital improvement action plan. 
The plan is for fiscal years 2025 to 2029.  It shows how the agency will utilize U.S. Housing and Urban Developments’ Captial Fund Program funds to improve the Public Housing portfolio.

About PBCHA

The Palm Beach County Housing Authority (PBCHA) was created under Chapter 421 of the Florida Statute, and first opened its doors on June 10, 1969, to provide affordable housing stock to low-income families through rental assistance programs: housing choice voucher and public housing. The agency was formed as a special district of the State of Florida and plays an integral role in affordable supportive housing initiatives countywide.
