Affordable Housing

Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP-1) HOMES

PBCHA offers affordable housing through our Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). It was established to assist communities that suffered from foreclosures and abandonment, through the purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed and abandoned properties. In 2010, PBCHA purchased six single-family homes located in Jupiter, Greenacres, West Palm Beach, Lantana, Loxahatchee and Lake Worth. The NSP program allows PBCHA to provide affordable rental opportunities to households at or below 120% of Area Median Income.

In 1993, PBCHA acquired the Banyan Club to add to our affordable housing options. Income limits apply. The Banyan Club is located in West Palm Beach at 2300 Banyan Lake Circle.
