Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Grant Program

Palm Beach County Housing Authority residents living in Schall Circle, Dyson Circle Apartments, Drexel House Apartments and Seminole Estates who dream of economic independence are eligible and invited to participate in the ROSS Program. The ROSS program aims to empower residents by providing the necessary support and resources to help them achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall quality of life.
